Sadie Update-Seized 11/4/13*Donations Needed*
Sadie is feeling much better and is responding well to her treatments at Davidson Animal Hospital. She has been treated for worms, the bites on her ears look much better, and she was given a paramite dip-her skin is already improving :). It is hard to see in the photos due to her coat color and length but she is underweight. Her hipbone, backbone and ribs are still sticking out but due to frequent nutritious meals her little belly is no longer sunk in and she is gaining weight. She has much more energy and you can tell she is feeling much better than when she first arrived. Dr. Hedrick said she will be healthy enough to be spayed in the coming week.
Sadie has learned quickly that she doesn’t need to be scared of anyone from now own and she is rapidly turning into a happy little girl! She loves everyone and thinks Dr. Hedrick is the best thing ever. We worked with her outside yesterday at the Animal Hospital and she has already learned how to “sit” for treats! She is a very attentive, smart, adorable little girl.
We are greatly in need of donations for her medical care. Donations can be made online by clicking the donate button at the top of this page or by mail to: Ginger’s Fund FOS-DCNC, PO Box 1036, Thomasville, NC 27361. **Ginger’s Fund FOS-DCNC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, your donations are tax deductible. ** As always thank you for your support.
