Seized 1/26/13 Emaciated Male “Samson” and Pregnant Female “Delilah”

Samson and Delilah were seized on 1/26/13 after LPD Officer White was responding to an animal related call. He found this male and pregnant female in urgent need of help, they were on chains, with frozen water, no food (there was not even any dog food inside of the house), and emaciated.

These two cruelty victims were taken to the Animal Hospital were Dr. Hedrick ran some test on them. His findings-fleas, loaded with intestinal worms. Samson is HW+, Delilah is HW-, and she is well over 1/2 way with her pregnancy term. They are so scared and it is obvious that have had little human contact and what ever little bit they have had has not been good.  These two have a long road to recovery ahead of them and we could use any help financially or by sharing them with rescue groups/possible foster homes that may be able to take them in.
